Dynamic CycleBar studio in Troy is seeking motivated, sales-minded individuals. Our front desk sales associates are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They focus on driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Sales associates are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach to new customers, managing in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of the GM, assistant managers, and franchise owners, and supported by a CycleBar Experience team, sales associates should demonstrate leadership qualities across all areas of the business. They must build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster ambassadorship and retention. The role is rooted in hospitality, aligning with our Mission of fueling energetic communal experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training sales representatives.
  • Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
  • Good judgment in recognizing areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Passion for fitness.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio management software.

Duties:

  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
  • Membership sales and retention.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Participate in networking, community events, and studio promotions.
  • Develop marketing strategies to generate new leads.
  • Other duties as assigned, including acquiring new members and converting non-members to members.
  • Conduct pre-planning activities monthly, including outreach for first-time riders/leads.
  • Build rapport with members, embracing hospitality and driving the CycleBar culture.
  • Work with the General Manager on coaching, training, and team accountability.
  • Collaborate with the studio owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily goals.
  • Drive referral business through ambassador programs.
