Amazing Lash Studio is hiring Front Desk Membership Sales Associates to join our Phoenix locations. You will promote memberships and retail products, greet guests, book appointments, and assist with member retention via outbound calls and texts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products.
• Assist with retaining current members via outbound calls/texts.
• Greet guests and answer questions; book appointments.
• Perform data entry and filing of guest records and surveys.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Maintain lobby and studio cleanliness and organization.

FRONT DESK: Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation Plan with potential to make between $14 and $18+ per hour depending on sales performance

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members by telemarketing; outbound calls and texts
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys
• Participate in special events to promote the studio
• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
