Orangetheory Fitness in Columbus is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to be the heartbeat of the studio. You will greet members, process check-ins, answer sales calls, manage accounts, and handle cash while supporting the Studio Manager to keep daily operations smooth.

Are you high-energy, incredibly organized, and obsessed with helping people crush their fitness goals? As an Orangetheory Sales Associate you’ll be the heartbeat of the front desk. You’ll partner directly with the Studio Manager to keep the studio running, and ensure every member walks in and out of our doors with a smile.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Lead the Vibe: Keep the energy high at the front desk.
• Master the Desk: Run the daily show—from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash.
• Lean into your Sales Prowess: Help the Studio succeed in monthly goals for Membership Retentions, New Sales, Revenue and other Retail sales.
• You’re a People Person: Welcoming, dependable, and genuinely excited to support both our staff and our members.
• You’re Organized (Like, Seriously Organized): You can spot a messy process and fix it, and you don't sweat the details.
• You’re a Leader: You lead by example. There is nothing you see that 'isn't your job' because you take ownership of your daily operations with a positive attitude.
• The Essentials: You are available to work an average of 20-30 hours per week, with some weekend availability.

• Growth: You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Studio Manager, learning the ins and outs of fitness business management.

EXAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Studio hours include 4:30 am - 8 pm weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 1 pm. Sales Associate hours will include opening and closing during the week and at least one weekend day, most weekends. In other words, we have a lot of hours to cover and can support flexibility!

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $15.00

• + Individual sales commission (up to $40 per sale) and monthly Bonus (Up to $250+)
• +Simple IRA Match at 3%
• +Paid time off according to PTO policy (based on tenure)
• +Access to Health, Dental, Vision Benefits and Simple IRA as a full-time employee (30 hours)
• +Access to free OTF workouts

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
