SEV Laser in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences while driving services, memberships, and product sales. As the first and last contact, you will welcome clients, explain options, and guide them to the right solutions.

This role blends customer service with sales, requires weekend availability, and involves using booking and client-management systems to support a fast-paced aesthetics clinic.

• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.

• Support new team members by modeling SEV’s service and selling standards.

We are seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you will set the tone for every visit, build excitement around the SEV brand, and help clients discover the services, memberships, packages, and products that support their goals.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position—it is a client experience and sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, achieving goals, and contributing to the success of a fast-paced clinic.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Client Engagement

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
