Job Description

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk, including:

  1. Checking in/out guests
  2. Monitoring front desk phone center
  3. Revising in-house reservations
  4. Performing cashiering functions
  5. Resolving guest issues within limits of authority
  6. Coordinating guest wishes with concierge
  7. Adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Values and all policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position
