Strata Credit Union in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to greet visitors, answer questions, and guide members to the right departments. You will explain credit union products and services, helping members save time with online and mobile tools.
You will also support Financial Services teams, schedule appointments, and assist with basic teller transactions while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent member service in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and direct all visitors to the credit union. Create a strong first impression for every visitor by representing the credit union in a positive and knowledgeable manner. Educate members on credit union products and services with emphasis on helping members become more familiar with our timesaving products and services. Assist MSR department with basic transactions when needed, and keep scheduling on track for FSR department.

Requires basic reading, writing, math, attention to detail, computer skills, communication skills and the ability to work effectively and cohesively with staff and members. Fluency in Spanish oral language is strongly preferred for this position.
