This position is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented individuals interested in working in a fast-paced medical office alongside top Moh’s Surgeons. It offers a stepping stone for career advancement in medical administration.

Position Details

This is a traveling role. Must be able to start as early as 7 am and rotate between locations: Havre De Grace, Westminster, Glen Burnie, Annapolis, Prince Frederick.

Pay range: $16-22/hr, based on experience. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients politely, provide instructions and directions.
  2. Answer phones professionally and promptly.
  3. Transfer calls and communicate with team members.
  4. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
  5. Verify/update insurance and patient info.
  6. Prepare patient charts and confirm appointments.
  7. Collect payments and reconcile daily bank transactions.
  8. Handle medical records securely.
  9. Follow COVID cleaning protocols.
  10. Travel to other offices as needed.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least one year of medical practice experience preferred.
  3. Customer service experience is a plus.
  4. Long-term commitment preferred; 2-year commitment required for advancement.
