Job Overview

As the first point of contact for members and guests, a receptionist must be able to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Manage reservations for dining, events, and other club services.
  • Assist with member check-ins and provide information about club amenities.
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications And Expectations
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education And/or Experience

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Moderate noise level in work environment.
