Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics

Schedule This role requires availability Sundays from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 7:00pm with Occasional Travel.
