Position Overview

Location: Exton, PA (USA)
Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
As a Front Desk Receptionist & Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide onsite office and administrative support to dsm-firmenich Biomedical Managers/Functional Leadership Teams in the US region. Your role includes responding to incidents, managing communication, and supporting team activities. dsm-firmenich Biomedical is a leader in biomaterials and healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming phone lines, ensuring messages are received and relayed accurately.
  • Assist visitors, ensuring sign-in and issuance of visitor passes.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare appointments and meetings, including logistics and agendas.
  • Maintain safety equipment and logs for orientation sessions.

Candidate Requirements
