Washington Regional Urgent Care is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our PRN team in Rogers, AR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience performing Front Desk tasks (patient check-in, insurance verification, etc.) and some clinical experience in a healthcare setting. JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Desk/Medical Assistant is responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files, and providing basic clinical care to patients in alignment with their medical education. Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience performing clerical tasks in a medical office setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records
• BLS Certification
