Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a new front desk receptionist for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the face of our clinic—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed
  • Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately
  • Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments
  • Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Must have proficient computer/typing skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
  • No weekends


Work Location: In person

Pay range: $18.00-$19.00/hr
