The Dog Stop is looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist with retail and customer service experience. Must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, dedication to providing an unparalleled experience for customers, and, of course, a love of dogs. This is a fast-paced environment requiring an organized individual with the ability to multi-task.

Knowledge of the dog care industry is a plus but not required provided the candidate is capable of quickly learning the ins and outs of our services and our complete product line.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and their pets
• Answering customer questions about our products and services
• Taking appointments and answering the phone
• Retail Sales/Inventory Tracking
• Developing Customer Relationships
• Management of Client Database

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 professional references
• Excellent communication skills
