The Summit Resort, located in beautiful Laconia, New Hampshire, just 15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont, offers a high-end experience with guest rooms, outdoor and indoor amenities, pools, and more. Join our Front Desk team to provide exceptional guest service and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

Details

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Issue room keys and post charges to folios.
• Maintain a cash bank responsibly.
• Provide high-quality guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Sell merchandise and beverages, answer phones, and communicate resort services.
• Update maintenance and guest information, and ensure cleanliness of the coffee station.
