The Joint Chiropractic in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver friendly patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic. You will manage check-ins, payments, and helpful member guidance to ensure a smooth, welcoming visit.

The Base pay is $15.00 per hour with bonus potential. This full-time/part-time role offers a 4-day workweek, health insurance options, PTO, and enrollment in 401(k). Franchisees are your employer, under The Joint Corp. terms.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses ondelivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.

Schedule

This role requires availability weekdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm with Occasional Travel.
