Role Description:
Rahaminov Diamonds is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This on-site role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide assistance as needed.
  2. Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a polished and professional first impression.
  3. Offer refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) and ensure guests feel comfortable during their visit.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks, office coordination, and clerical duties.
  6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles required.
