Job summary

Penzone Salons in Dublin, OH is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist + Barista to welcome guests and coordinate services. You will check guests in and out, stock supplies, and craft specialty coffee and light beverages in a fast-paced salon setting.

Your role blends hospitality and operations—from cash handling to daily opening/closing duties—while ensuring a polished, guest-first experience in a stylish salon atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out for services and products.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and light cocktails for team members 21+.
• Restock and maintain front desk and service areas; assist with cleanliness and organization.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with daily opening/closing duties.
• Ensure guests receive a polished, friendly experience and address needs proactively.

You're the first smiling face a guest sees when they walk through our doors + the last goodbye they hear after their appointment. You'll check guests in + out, stock shelves here + there, whip up specialty coffees and cocktails, fold a towel or two, all while being surrounded by the most beautiful salon + spa environment and creating an overall positive guest experience.

Job Duties:

• Guest Engagement providing attentive, fun, upbeat atmosphere catered to the unique experience


• Prepare + serve a variety of beverages
  
  
  
  • Elevated coffee experience (lattes, espressos, frappes, etc.)
  
  
  • Limited alcohol selection (signature cocktails, wine, mock tails, etc. for team members +21 years old)
  
  
  
  


• Cash handling + balancing of drawers


• Check in + check out guests for their services, products, etc.


• Promptly assess guests needs and proactively provides solutions


• Daily opening and closing duties


• Assists with salon cleanliness- dusting, stocking, loading and unloading dishwasher


• Maintain accordance with company standards, state health board and alcohol service requirements
