Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they receive a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
