Tresanti Surgical Center is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our ASC team in California. You will interact with patients, physicians, and staff; admit patients, process paperwork, update demographics, collect balances, and support the office in billing and chart prep.
Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holidays. Starting pay is $25–$29 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and a team‑oriented environment.

At Tresanti Surgical Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service oriented environment. Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care.
The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians, vendors and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect balances due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. Assist with chart prep and other business office duties necessary. Coordinating with office on scheduling for procedures and anesthesia coverage. May be asked to float to other locations for staff coverage. MUST be reliable, dedicated, personable, professional and have a strong attention to detail.
