Greetvisitors and guests with warmth and professionalism
Update and verify visitor information with every interaction
Assistwith forms and answergeneral questions
Build rapport with visitors — remembering their names, stories, and preferences
Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front area
Use scheduling software and office tech efficiently
Help outwherever needed —we’rea collaborative team
Calm energy, attention to detail, anda strong teamspirit
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfortable using digital tools like email, scheduling systems, and databases
A strong senseof privacy and confidentiality (or willingness to learn)
1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles
High School Diploma or GED
A consistent schedule: 3 days/week (13-hour shifts)
