Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our growing team across five busy South Bay locations. Love helping people and thrive in a fast-paced setting? Join a team that truly cares.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and provide a warm, professional front office experience
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and process patient payments
  • Prepare treatment areas for patients: set up, take down, and sanitize equipment and maintain clean linens/laundry
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per federal, state, and local regulations
  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and referring providers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative healthcare role or high-volume customer service setting
  • Associate degree or higher (preferred)
  • Proficient in Mac OS and Windows operating systems
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to follow applicable mask mandates
  • Authorized to work in the United States (required)
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to maintain patient and workplace safety
