Job summary

USPI Texas Precision Surgery Center is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our outpatient ophthalmology team. You will greet patients, admit them, and handle paperwork in a fast-paced clinic. The role involves updating demographics, collecting payments, and answering incoming calls.

Weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or on-call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule changes with the surgical flow.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in a medical setting such as a hospital, physician's office, or surgery center required.

• Update patient demographics in the system.
• Collect monies due and document in the billing system.
• Handle funds per office procedure.
• Answer incoming phone calls.

USPI Texas Precision Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

We have 2 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. With outpatient services performed in Ophthalmology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
