Job summary

Rose Luxe Salon is actively seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist in Albany, New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering calls, and coordinating appointments. A passion for customer service and a welcoming attitude are essential. Work hours include Tuesday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 6 pm, and every other Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. Prior experience in a spa, salon, or customer service a plus. We’re looking for a warm and friendly Receptionist to join us at Riverview Salon and Medspa! If you’re a people person with a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule: Tuesday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 6 pm, and every other Saturday 9 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, coordinating appointments, handling light cleaning and laundry, and providing support to our team to create a welcoming and exceptional experience for our clients.
