WellBridge of Fenton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. The role provides essential administrative support and a welcoming environment. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for wage increases.

The position is full-time, includes weekends and some holidays, and comes with a benefits package designed to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors in person or by phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.
