Crunch Fitness is seeking Brand Ambassadors to energize the in-person experience and grow membership. You will live the Crunch vibe, engage with potential members, and close opportunities at the Crunch Camper HQ and in the field.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or customer service, excellent communication, and a passion for fitness. This role offers flexible shifts, strong growth potential, and opportunities to advance within Crunch Fitness.

During pre-sales, we don’t just talk about fitness—we build hype, make noise, and flood the community with positivity. You’ll be stationed in our Crunch Camper HQ, the go-to retail hub for all things Crunch, and you’ll be our boots-on-the-ground force for awareness, lead generation, and good vibes. You’ll be the voice, face, and spirit of Crunch—out in the world, turning leads into members and strangers into fans
