Job summary

GRAPEVINE CLUB 24 LLC seeks a dependable Front Desk Opener to start the day and ensure the facility is ready for members each morning. This role requires punctuality, friendly member service, and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced gym environment.

You will greet members, assist with check-ins, stock the Juice Bar, and perform light cleaning and inventory tasks while supporting a collaborative team. Part-time hours from 4:00 am to 11:00 am weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Opens the fitness center promptly at 5:00 am Monday through Friday.
• Handles cash deposits accurately and securely.
• Greets members professionally and assists with check-in.
• Prepares Juice Bar ingredients and stocks supplies.
• Completes regular cleaning tasks and maintains facility standards.
• Counts inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
• Assists members with account questions and other requests.

Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPayment Type: Hourly, non-exempt, Semi-MonthlyPart-time - EARLY MORNING HOURS (4 AM to 11 AM Weekdays)Job Summary:As the first point of contact for our members, it is crucial that the Front Desk Opener is consistently punctual and dependable in opening the facility on time and ensuring that everything is running smoothly.
