HARVEY CLUB 24 LLC seeks a Front Desk Closer for part-time, late-evening hours (3:00 pm–11:00 pm) to open and close the facility with reliability and high service standards. The role requires punctuality, cash handling, and strong guest relations to ensure a smooth close of staffed hours.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing check-ins, safeguarding deposits, cleaning public areas, and assisting with account inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash deposits and manage inventory; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Punctual and able to work Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Closes the fitness center's staffed hours promptly at 11:00 pm, Mon–Fri.
• Ensures all cash deposits are closed and secured.
• Cleans common areas, locker rooms, and equipment at closing.
• Greets members professionally and assists with check-ins.
• Counts inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.

Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPayment Type: Hourly, non-exempt, Semi-MonthlyPart-time - LATE EVENING HOURS (3 PM to 11 PM Weekdays)Job Summary:As the first point of contact for our members, it is crucial that the Front Desk Closer is consistently punctual and dependable in opening the facility on time and ensuring that everything is running smoothly to close staffed hours in the CLUB.
