Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Front Desk Opener for part-time early mornings (4:00 am–11:00 am weekdays). You will greet members, check-ins, handle cash deposits, stock towels and juice bar items, and keep the club running smoothly.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and excellent communication; prior customer service experience preferred in fitness or hospitality; ability to multitask and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Opens the fitness center at 5:00 am Monday through Friday.
• Handles cash deposits securely and accurately.
• Ensures towels are clean and stocked for members.
• Prepares and stocks Juice Bar ingredients for the day.
• Greets members and assists with check-in and account questions.
• Performs regular cleaning tasks and counts inventory.
• Counts inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
• Fulfills additional tasks as needed.

Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPayment Type: Hourly, non-exempt, Semi-MonthlyPart-time - EARLY MORNING HOURS (4 AM to 11 AM Weekdays)Job Summary:As the first point of contact for our members, it is crucial that the Front Desk Opener is consistently punctual and dependable in opening the facility on time and ensuring that everything is running smoothly.
