Job summary

Club4-Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Opener to start the day for our members. This part-time role runs 4:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday, ensuring the facility opens smoothly and members receive top-notch service.

The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and skilled in cash handling, inventory, and customer interactions, providing a welcoming start to every member’s day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash deposits and manage inventory; detail-oriented and organized.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work 4:00 am–11:00 am, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Opens the fitness center promptly at 5:00 am, Monday to Friday.
• Ensures cash deposits are handled accurately and securely.
• Keeps towels stocked and available for members.
• Prepares and stocks Juice Bar ingredients and equipment.
• Greets members professionally and assists with check-in and account questions.

Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPayment Type: Hourly, non-exempt, Semi-MonthlyPart-time - EARLY MORNING HOURS (4:30 AM to 11 AM Weekdays)Job Summary:As the first point of contact for our members, it is crucial that the Front Desk Opener is consistently punctual and dependable in opening the facility on time and ensuring that everything is running smoothly.
