Club4 Fitness in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Front Desk Opener to greet members, open the facility at 4:00 am, and ensure smooth operations. The role requires punctuality, reliability, cash handling, towel and supply prep, and friendly member service.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 am to 11:00 am, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and a positive member experience. This is a part-time, hourly position with a semi-monthly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens the fitness center promptly at 4:00 am Monday through Friday.
• Ensures all cash deposits are handled accurately and securely.
• Ensures towels are clean, stocked, and available for members.
• Prepares and stocks Juice Bar ingredients and equipment for the day.
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures members and guests check in appropriately.
• Assists members with account issues and answers general questions.
• Complete regular cleaning tasks throughout the fitness center.
• Counts inventory and reports any discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.
