A leading hotel seeks a Night Auditor to accommodate guests and perform essential bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities include registering guests, issuing room keys, addressing guest requests, and conducting nightly audits. REPORTS TO: Front Desk Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly
SCHEDULE: Overnight shifts
POSITION SUMMARY
Accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, addressing guest requests and complaints, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. This position is an overnight work schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required
Previous customer service experience required
