Responsibilities

• Assist with Front Office duties and serve as the overnight guest service agent.
• Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expenses.
• Identify causes of out-of-balance situations, produce reports for management, and correct errors to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure charges are properly posted and balanced with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile charges to the general ledger, prepare backup files, and close out shifts on the reservation system.
• Manage cash funds and deposits, and compile revenue reports.
• Perform check-in, check-out, and cashier duties efficiently.
• Assist with other departmental duties as assigned by leadership.

Key Skills and Experience

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of auditing experience
• At least 1 year of Front Desk experience
• Experience with cash handling
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and consider work impact
• Builds confidence through honest and dependable interactions
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
