Job summary

Asphalt Green on the Upper East Side is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a welcoming, professional front desk experience for members, guests, and program participants. You will support check-in, facility access, memberships, and day-to-day customer service in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work a Sunday–Thursday schedule, with times and days varying based on scheduling needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, visitors, and program participants.
• Handle check-in/check-out and front desk duties.
• Provide accurate information about programs, memberships, events, and facility policies.
• Support membership operations, including card printing and POS transactions.
