Job summary

Asheville Racquet Club South is seeking a personable Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests at the main entrance, answer inquiries, and assist with reservations and events. You will be the first and last friendly face for members, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires a resourceful, independent, and cooperative individual who can multitask and maintain a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere at all times.

Responsibilities

• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with information and materials.
• Greet and welcome members and guests; give farewell as they leave.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Perform shift checklist and handle reservations and check-ins.
• Assist with lap swimming, tennis reservations, clinics, and events.
• Provide information on policies, events, fees, and member rates.
