Englewood Health's Cliffside Park Medical Center is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support front desk activities and patient flow. The role handles patient movement from waiting areas to exam rooms and prepares patients for visits to optimize physician time.

The position is full-time with daytime shifts in Cliffside Park, NJ. Prior medical office experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred or required as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Medical office experience preferred.
• High School Graduate or equivalent or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with flow of patients from waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician’s time.
• Support both front desk and clinical workflows to maintain smooth operations.
