Elite DNA Therapy Services seeks a Front Desk/Medical Assistant in Winter Haven, FL. The role combines administrative front desk tasks with clinical support, assisting physicians and APRNs while creating a welcoming experience for patients.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with healthcare experience and strong EHR skills. The position is full-time and in-person.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work late hours two evenings per week.
• Medical Assisting certification preferred or required by role.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients, explain services and billing; schedule visits.
• Register patients and collect documentation; verify insurance.
• Take vitals and assist clinicians; maintain patient records.
• Use EHR to document visits; handle calls and reminders.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
