A leading hospitality company is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee operations at Borders Lodge in Vail, Colorado. This role requires strong leadership in guest service and HOA coordination, ensuring quality management of check-ins, guest requests, and team supervision. We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager to lead operations at Borders Lodge, serving both hotel guests and property owners. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can balance day-to-day front office operations with owner relations and HOA coordination. You’ll ensure seamless check-ins, manage guest and owner requests, support governance communication, and collaborate closely with the Owner Representative on projects and association initiatives. If you have strong hospitality experience, a deep understanding of HOA dynamics, and excellent communication and organizational skills, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose!
Responsibilities include:
Location: Borders Lodge
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $55,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Posting Close Date: 5/30/2025 (or when filled)
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should have at least one year of condo/hotel experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and a proven ability to balance guest satisfaction with operational excellence. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, standard office equipment, and eagerness to learn property management systems are expected.
