You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Responsibilities: • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction • Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies • Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies • Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly
