Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Two years of community college training preferred.
• Additional coursework in business or health care is a plus.
• 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office services to patients and coordinate clinic phone communications.
• Collect and route records to appropriate staff via computer or manual systems.
• Assist with scheduling and records activities to support patients and staff.
• Be an engaged care team member with commitment to service and compassion.
