Amazing Lash Studio is hiring a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in a beauty-focused setting. The role involves greeting guests, driving memberships and retail sales, and managing lead outreach with Mindbody-based scheduling.

We value a friendly, energetic team player with 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment. Both full-time and part-time options are available with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales and customer-service oriented with emphasis on member retention.
• Experience with lead follow-up, sales conversion, or membership sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Manage lead outreach and follow up with prospective members to drive new memberships and appointments.
• Build relationships with guests and members to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and studio services.
• Educate guests on membership options, services, retail products, and promotions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing members to increase conversions, rebookings, and retention.
• Manage daily appointment scheduling using Mindbody.
• Maintain accurate client and membership information and ensure transactions are processed correctly.
• Support front desk with opening, closing, and studio organization.
• Monitor studio needs including retail and front desk supplies.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Meet and track sales, membership, and lead-conversion goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front desk and studio environment.
• Support and assist team members for a smooth guest experience.

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Manages lead outreach and contacts prospective members
• Knowledge of Marketing on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
• Results oriented, metrics driven
• 2+ years of Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Meet and track sales, membership, and lead-conversion goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment
• Support and assist fellow team members to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Sales and customer-service focused with an emphasis on member retention and relationship building
• Experience with lead follow-up, sales conversion, or membership sales preferred
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales and performance goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Mindbody experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative in a leadership role
