Amazing Lash Studio is hiring a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. This role supports guest experience, drives memberships and retail sales, and oversees lead outreach with Mindbody scheduling.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours, competitive pay, free eyelash services, bonuses on memberships and retail sales, and ongoing training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Manage lead outreach and follow up with prospective members to drive new memberships and appointments.
• Build relationships with guests and members to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and studio services.
• Educate guests on membership options, services, retail products, and promotions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing members to increase conversions, rebookings, and retention.
• Manage daily appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling using Mindbody.
• Maintain accurate client and membership information and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
• Support the front desk team with daily opening, closing, and studio organization responsibilities.
• Monitor and communicate studio needs, including retail and front desk supplies.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Meet and track sales, membership, and lead-conversion goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and studio environment.

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Manages lead outreach and contacts prospective members
• Knowledge of Marketing on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention

• 2+ years of Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask

• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales and performance goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful personality
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both guests and team members
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced studio environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Mindbody experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative in a leadership role
