Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Ogden is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will provide administrative support to multiple departments and help maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

This full-time role offers on-site benefits, including health and dental insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and employee pricing on all group products. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Answers incoming calls and greet guests.
• Take Messages and ensure timely responses to customers.
• Validate Identification for Guests in the check in process.
• Completes data entry and various reporting tasks.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail accordingly.
• Handling deposits and scanning/processing paperwork.
