Qualifications

• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor with staff and guests.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership.
• Answer incoming calls and route as needed.
• Scan customer information into the system.
• Filing and data entry with accuracy.
• Handle receipts and cash handling when required.
• Manage plate logs and appointment coordination.
• Support Funding & Titling teams as needed.
• Uphold Walser's core values in daily work.
