Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full and part time Front Desk Clerk at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's in Milwaukee, WI. The position offers a pay range of $16.00 to $18.25 per hour with flexible full- and part-time schedules.

As a TouchPoint team member, you will check guests in/out, answer calls, coordinate with housekeeping, and promote hotel services while delivering welcoming, professional service.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and acknowledges each guest with a smile, eye contact and friendly greeting.
• Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette and transfers calls as needed.
• Processes all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and keys.
• Balances and drops receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
