About the Organization: Gunflint Lodge & Outfitters is the only year-round full-service resort with the world-famous Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness as its backyard. Description
As a Front Desk / Guest Services Associate at Gunflint Lodge & Outfitters, you will serve as a friendly resource for welcome and engagement with all guests, both in-house and those planning a visit. You will provide outstanding guest service to lodge guests and help future guests arrange life-changing stays.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy wilderness adventure and who love the outdoors – and can share their enthusiasm with guests. In this role, you will answer guest questions, provide basic orientation to Gunflint Lodge, manage scheduling & point of sale, and serve as a critical point of contact between guests and other staff members.
