Sunridge Hotel Group seeks a Front Desk/Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, register them, and assign rooms while safeguarding guest records. The role also handles wake-up calls, routes calls, and assists with guest requests.
Responsibilities include cash handling, accurate record-keeping, and supporting sales/marketing efforts under the General Manager's direction. Marriott experience preferred; 3-5 days per week schedule.

Accommodates guests of the hotel by performing the following duties.

1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Marriott experience prefferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Some computer skills needed.
