Qualifications

• Must be punctual with strong time-management.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route to appropriate department.
• Greet guests and coordinate visitor escort with the relevant department.
• Oversee visitor sign-in and security processes.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
