Qualifications

• Assist guests with luggage storage, scooter and wheelchair rental.
• Process guest accounts and payments efficiently at checkout.
• Make, modify, cancel, extend, and confirm room reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of occupancy, events, in-house groups, and operations affecting front desk.
• Answer inquiries about services and directions.
• Maintain lobby, business center, and bell desk areas.
