Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet residents and guests, handle phones, and fulfill requests with care. You will maintain a welcoming lobby, assist with mail, deliveries and supplies, and support transportation coordination, events and scheduling with a proactive approach.

HS diploma or GED is required; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, proactive and able to multitask; comfortable with basic office tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care.
