Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Check-in/check-out using Hilton PEP and process reservations.
• Verify payments and assist with Hilton Honors enrollment.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for room status and requests.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and front desk paperwork.
